The girls behind H.S.D.C. were privy to a private biscuit lesson by The Biscuit Business Man, The Biscuit King, The Real Jon Pack. We learned more than we ever expected from this tutorial, bearing a newfound appreciation and adoration for biscuit baking. Lesson to the nascent biscuitors out there: pay attention the the protein in flour and ket those fat solids real cold!
